Our press printing quality and colour control are monitored by the Komori advanced camera and spectrophotometer systems.
As the world's leading system working with one of the UK's leading and largest wet glue label printers, the Komori quality control system measures the whole printed image while at the same time providing online color control for all printing units in each printing press. In conjunction with the Prinect Workflow system that starts at PrePress the Komori quality control system is the quality control center in our print hall in order to control every stage of the workflow from press and pressroom to prepress. A single measuring system is used for the whole process, enabling users to work with standardised measurements that can be reproduced at any time.
