Our Smart Pack label helps prevent clients using the incorrect pack of labels when setting up and running their lines as well as making picking and packing operations a lot easier. With the introduction of the colour coding and simple square and circle configuration no two numbers will look alike. In fact using the Smart Pack label it will be very obvious that the packs are different. Whilst our labels and procedures were very efficient we wanted a way to have a quick visual verification when packing, storing and picking labels. The added advantage to the new Smart Pack label design is that our clients also benefit from the visual check. For a solution to look simple and work we had to put a lot of hard work into the development, from the initial concept design to creation of a custom typeface through to a variable printing configuration we took a lot of time to get it right and we are very proud of the Smart Pack label outcome.
